◆Refly JAPANとは
-What is Refly JAPAN?-
「言語はその土地での安心安全な生活を守るための武器」
という考えのもと、単なる言語教育だけでなく日本での生活もサポートするオンライン日本語教室として2020年にオープンしました。
日本に住む海外の方や日本語を勉強する方にとっての身近な相談相手であり、日本の居場所の１つになればと思っております。
また、海外の方を受け入れる日本人側にも、日本語教育や異文化コミュニケーションの視点から働きかけを行っております。
古くから異文化交流の中心地として栄えてきた国際都市・横浜を拠点とし、真の多文化共生を目標に活動しています。
At Refly JAPAN, we believe that language is a powerful tool to ensure a safe and secure life in a foreign land. With this philosophy, we launched our online Japanese language school in 2020, not only to provide language education but also to support daily life in Japan.
We strive to be a trusted companion for foreigners living in Japan and those learning Japanese, creating a place where they can feel at home.
Additionally, we engage with the Japanese community that welcomes foreign residents, offering insights from Japanese language education and intercultural communication perspectives.
Based in Yokohama, a historical hub of international exchange, we aim to foster true multicultural coexistence through our activities.

日本語教育に携わるなかで、1番多く受けた相談は生活相談でした。
「郵便物の内容がわかりません」「アルバイトで嫌がらせを受けました」「必要のないものを契約させられてしまいました」「子どもの保育園の書類の書き方がわかりません」
…など、小さいことから大きいことまで内容は多岐にわたります。
その経験から【言語と生活は共にあるものだ】ということを肌で感じ、日本語教師という立場から、またこの日本で暮らす一人の女性・母という立場から【多文化共生】にアプローチしたいと考えました。
また、日本に住んでいる海外の方へのサポートはもちろんのことですが、日本人側への働きかけも忘れてはいけません。
【共生】はどちらか一方が変わることで成り立つものではないからです。
この思いと目標を形にしたのがこのReflyJAPANです。
いつも支えてくださる皆さまへの感謝を忘れず、必要としてくださる方に寄り添った「あたたかいサービス」を提供できるReflyJAPANでありたいと思っております。
Throughout my experience in Japanese language education, the most common inquiries I have received were not about language itself, but about daily life.
"I don’t understand the contents of my mail."
"I’m being harassed at my part-time job."
"I was pressured into signing a contract I don’t need."
"I don’t know how to fill out my child’s daycare forms."
From small concerns to major issues, the range of problems is vast.
Through these experiences, I deeply realized that language and daily life are inseparable. As both a Japanese language teacher and a woman and mother living in Japan, I felt the need to approach multicultural coexistence from these perspectives.
Supporting foreigners living in Japan is, of course, important, but I also believe it is equally crucial to engage with the Japanese community.
After all, true coexistence cannot be achieved by only one side making changes.
Refly JAPAN was born from this vision and commitment.
With deep gratitude for those who support us, I will continue striving to provide warm and compassionate services to those who need them.

2016年～2020年 日本語教師として日本語学校に勤務
2020年 ReflyJAPAN立ち上げ 日本語教育サービス開始
2022年 株式会社ENONと事業連携 日本語講師サポート（日本語教師養成）サービス開始
2016 – 2020: Worked as a Japanese language teacher at a Japanese language school.
2020: Founded Refly JAPAN and launched Japanese language education services.
2022: Partnered with ENON Inc. to launch a support service for Japanese language instructors (teacher training).
＜資格 Qualifications＞
・神奈川大学日本語教員養成課程 修了
・日本語教育能力検定試験 合格
・日本語教員試験（国家試験） 合格
・Completed the Japanese Language Teacher Training Program at Kanagawa University
・Passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test
・Passed the Japanese Language Teacher Certification Exam (a national exam)
